Is Walt Disney taking over the world?

Even though Disney has a bizzare strategy to only release their most popular movies on DVD once every millenia we have some how aquired over a dozen since we have been married (most of these coming since Emma was born). Even though we went out and bought the only child proof lock which also happens to be parent proof at the most inconvient times (like when Emma is irrate that Jungle Book isn't on tv). Even though we concede and end up watching an endless loop of Disney movies as long as Emma is awake she some how cannot get enough. Anytime we walk in front of the entertainment center Emma will quickly grab our finger and pull us over to the tv. She will then get you to crouch down and lay on your tummy with her while she looks through the glass doors and one by one asks you which movie "what's that". It is rare when we get pulled in that Emma will let us go without putting a new movie in. This a brillant strategy by Disney, by controlling the intake of their most dedicated audience they have gotten our child to play puppet master of those who should be making the decisions. So much for governing by seniority.
